SEE THIS

lemme paint a picture for u.....imagine for a moment that u r a parent. lets say u have just one kid, boy/girl---doesnt matter and that they r 3yrs old. they can do some things for themselves but not much. ie---feed themselves but make a mess everywhere, tell u they have to pee but tell u 2 minutes too late, occassionally shit themselves, try to walk but need guidance, definitely need help bathing, maybe get themselves into bed/chair/whatever but u still need to adjust them, remind them to stop touching that or dont play with it, etc. .......nevermind that u still have to clean all the messes that happen---dishes, dirty diapers/underwear, trash, teeth, laundry, snacks, playtime, cookin 20 different things to get em to eat......get the pretty picture??? now imagine that with 30 SOME PPL ALL AT ONCE. THAT is what being an stna is like. and u only have 8hrs to get it all done. :) good luck right? right.

ull never believe it.....the newbie i trained on monday walked out on her lunch break over the 2 days i was off. LMAO really i shouldnt laugh cause thats shitty for the rest of us, but i find it amusing. BEING A STNA IS NOT CAKE WORK. IT IS HARD PHYSICAL LABOR, DEMANDING AND STRESSFUL. if u think otherwise, GET A FUCKIN DIFFERENT CAREER!!! (theres some more newbies comin in, let us hope they do better than this last one...afterall she had 15yrs experience and couldnt hack it)

sorry if all im doin lately is bitchin about work. it is what preoccupies most of my week considering im there 5 out of 7 days. second shift none the less. doesnt leave much time for socializing. anyhoooo the bday was good, didnt get enough cash to do the memorial tattoo like i wanted but i appreciate the effort. got some emerald studs :D jewelry is always good and enjoyed too much cake. hoochie mama is in town but i have yet to c her. no word from mandy. did the girl thing with angie and hopefully something will b in store for memorial day weekend. *starts thinking....*
