STORY TIME

yeah, i know its been awhile yet again. i have no apologies, ive been in the real world. i have a few juicy stories for u though. hehe first, lemme tell u the conclusion to "i pay dues".....after aquiring account info i proceeded to pay off the xs car and the fuckin parking ticket. incase y'all thought i was goin to consult him on this matter u were wrong. i took the information i had in my hot little hands and ran with it. everything was paid and cleared b4 i even told him what happened. (which made me feel a little evil and giddy :) ) so yay! its all taken care of and its one less thing i have to deal with now.

soooo juicy news at work---first, theres been a firing! yes, one of the dipshits on days have gotten their just desserts. supposedly our don was just goin to give this person a warning but said person "went off" and told the don to suck a big fuckin hairy dick. it was then that the don fired them. dont know how true this rumor is, but the point is that they r gone.

secondly, i worked with one of my "fav" co-workers the other nite. (did u read sarcasm there? if not pls do so) she was only workin 4hrs and proceeded to take a break at 430. i was finishing up a bedbath, no big deal. well call lights were goin off like crazy on the hall come 505. shes no where to b found....i storm down to the dining rm and ask where the hell everyone is at cause im gettin bombarded and need a break. shes still no where to b found, so an aide from the other hall comes to help---thank god. then i go to lunch and come back 30min later to find said person, the unit mgr, the evening mgr and another aide all sittin on their asses in the dining rm while yet more lights r goin off down the hallway. hmm, must b fuckin nice to not do shit the last hour ur on duty. wish i could get away with that.

thirdly, this happened last wk to me....im doin rounds, check a certain resident, they r dry but screaming, i tell the nurse, shes fine with the situation so i move on. come out to have the same evening mgr yell at me that said resident doesnt like to sit in wet. well no fuckin shit lady. i just came out of that rm not 5min ago. which i tell her. next thing i know the don is havin a "little talk" with me about how to take care of this resident. i tell her the same damn story i told my nurse, and the mgr. i suppose i should b thankful the don didnt write me up cause apparently when this mgr tattle tales no questions r asked.---i do my job well, i go beyond the call of duty often and if i fuck up im the first to admit i was wrong but i did nothing wrong. my nurse even talked to the don about the situation saying that this mgr was way outta line. at least she stood up for me. pfft!

aside from the tattle taling goin on, we've still got the ppl who dont want to work--even a new aide with 15yrs experience has everyone bitchin about her. whatta shame. nothing in life is free, and if u dont want to bust ass, especially in this field, get the fuck out. how much simpler can it b??? the wk has been long for me, workin with fucktards, the call lights, the call offs, the bullshit, the threat of state walkin in. im hopin that having the last 2 days off will give me the refresher i need to handle the next wk.

everything else is just peachy. and hoochie mama.....kevin and maxine huh? i think they love to hate each other, t and i rnt like that. we found a zodiac book yesterday that i think explains us pretty damn well. hahaha in short it says---hes a controlling, manipulating evil bitch and im a stubborn, money grubbing, bitch with a 5yr cycle. ask t bout it. lmao :)
