first lets start with the putt puttin.....i did take the res. out with us and tims nephew did come along as well. we went to magic mountain to play, but just the putt putt course. the car ride there was interesting with tims nephew bouncin around in the back seat and squealing like a girl. we get there and start our course. i think e (tims nephew) played 2 holes and decided it was more fun to run along the bricks outlining the holes. he ended up scrapin his foot. we also had a group of 7 guys in front us which we kept havin to wait on.....ugh. we got about half way thru and had to get a refund b/c it started to thunder and lightening. i ended up with a few bucks extra since the cashier didnt know how to count!! yeah yeah, i shoulda said somethin but what the hell. e's mom called freakin out that darcy didnt have him home in time so we dropped my res. off and flew back home. ahhhhh, peace and quiet. :) the next day at work the res. was approached by my boss and was asked where he went on wednesday. needless to say he told her and all she said was "good". (u know in a funny tone) she never said anything to me about it so oh well.
yesterday tim, darcy and i got to go c red, white and boom. to keep us entertained on the ride there we were comin up with insults for every letter of the alphabet. u shoulda heard some of the shit tim was comin up with!! lol it was their first time ever goin and it was packed!! this yr i got there in enough time to c the cheesy parade b4 the fireworks. woohoo. its crazy, ppl will camp out early the day of just to get a "good spot" and they rope it off as if the damn grass belongs to them. we must have walked around lookin for a place to set up our chairs for a good 20 minutes. even when tim asked this guy if we could sit next to his precious roped off grass he told us NO! what nerve. we finally just picked a spot on the sidewalk and within 10 minutes this guy comes up to us and asks us if we were comfy there. we all said not really and he shared his spot with us!!! which we all thought was kickass til his drunken-ness really started to show. he was hittin on darcy soooo bad! lmao. tim looked at me and said, u feel like something that sounded good at the time turned out to b a bad idea??? i was like yeah and made him switch chairs with darcy so that she wasnt quite as close to drunk guy. he eventually passed out, even the fireworks didnt wake him up!! all in all it was a good time. :) :) :)
tim and i also got to go garage sale'n b4 we left for the fireworks. we were still on the hunt for a washer and dryer or kitchen table set. we found a w/d set at the first sale but for whatever reason i wanted to go check out this different sale i had listed. no go there so i was like lets go back to the first house........by the time we got back the w/d was gone. :( but we pressed on and struck some luck. a sale about 20 minutes north of us had a w/d and WE BOUGHT IT!!! woohoo!!! no more laundry mats or usin my bro's set!!! :) :) :) im sooo excited, hehehe.
im workin tonite and sunday, i have the 4th off. i could go in and work for a few extra hours and it would b double time since its a holiday.............but i probably wont, i get paid for it even if i dont work, just wouldnt b double time. so thats that, more later. ciao!
