I personally would never use any food items to actually insert into myself....thats just too risky, and presenting opportunity to introduce bacteria into the vagina. I think toys are the safe way to go...and lets be candid here..........there are some freaky, kinky toys to be using on yourself, why would you need anything else?
What's wrong with popsicles? Start with an ice cube, you'll be there before you know it. And do's and don'ts for guys? Be careful with Head and Shoulders, tends to burn afterwards. Lotion with Aloe is OK, but lotion with those little beads? Stay away from it. Some guys swear by Suave conditioner. KY is too obvious, but try the warming lotion.
